Bookmarchitecture Oy (y-tunnus 2768620-9) kerää verkkokauppa bookm-ark.fi:n asiakkailta seuraavat henkilötiedot: nimi, osoite, puhelinnumero ja sähköpostiosoite. Nämä tiedot kerätään asiakkaan tekemän tilauksen toimittamista varten.

Verkkokauppamme sivustolla https://www.bookm-ark.fi käyttää Matomo-data-analyysipalvelua. Palvelu analysoi seuraavaa dataa verkkosivustomme käyttäjiltä: käyttäjän sijainnin kertova ip-osoite, verkkoliikenteen lähde, verkkovierailussa käytetty selaintekniikka, verkkovierailun ajankohta, luetut verkkosivut,  sekä verkkosivulla vietetty aika. Näitä tietoja kerätään verkkosivustomme sisällön ja teknisen toimivuuden kehittämistä varten. Tiedot tallentuvat vain oman, Suomessa sijaitsevan webhosting-palvelumme palvelimille (Hostaan Oy). 

Asiakkaan antamat henkilötiedot tallentuvat bookm-ark.fi-verkkokaupan tietojärjestelmään asiakasrekisteriksi. Tietojärjestelmään tallentuu myös tieto asiakkaan ostamista tuotteista. Tilaustietoja säilytetään WooCommerce-verkkokauppajärjestelmässämme seuraavasti:  Käyttämättömät asiakastilit [Retain inactive accounts] 12 kk; Toimituksessa olevat tilaukset [Retain pending orders] 2 viikkoa; Epäonnistuneet tilaukset [Retain failed orders] 2 viikkoa; Peruutetut tilaukset [Retain cancelled orders] 2 viikkoa; Toimitetut tilaukset [Retain completed orders] 12 kk; maksutapadata kuten ostotapahtuman tunnus 7 päivää. Tilausten kuitteja säilytetään kirjanpitokansiossamme Suomen kirjanpitolain edellyttämät 6 vuotta.

Verkkosivuillamme vierailevat voivat halutessaan tilata uutiskirjeen, jonka tekninen toteutus tapahtuu MailPoet-palvelun avulla. Uutiskirjeen tilaus tapahtuu verkkosivuillamme olevalla lomakkeella ja sähköpostivahvistuksella (double opt-in). Kirje lähetetään sähköpostitse sen tilanneille; tilaajilla on mahdollisuus peruuttaa tilaus milloin tahansa. Henkilötietoja käytetään vain uutiskirjeen lähettämiseen. Verkkokauppamme käyttää Trustpilot-asiakaspalautejärjestelmää. Trustpilot A/S lähettää verkkokaupassamme asioineelle todelliselle asiakkaalle palvelumme arviointipyynnön automaattisesti. Luovutamme Bookmarchitecture Oy:n asiakasrekisterin tietoja vain seuraaville kolmansille osapuolille: maksupalveluiden toimittajat (PayPal, Viva Payments ja Holvi), kuljetuspalveluiden toimittaja (Oy Shipit Ab alihankkijoineen), asiakaspalautejärjestelmä Trustpilot sekä yrityksemme kirjanpitäjä (Maija Siiskonen / Tili-Sissi). Säilytämme kirjanpito-tositteita salasanasuojatussa Dropbox-kansiossa. Emme luovuta tietoja muille ulkopuolisille. Verkkokauppamme asiakasrekisteriin on pääsy vain kyseisiä tietoja käsittelevillä henkilöillä, jotka pääsevät tietoihin omilla, turvallisesti säilytetyillä ja salassa pidettävillä tunnuksillaan ja salasanoillaan.

Bookmarchitecture Ltd (business ID FI27686209) collects the following personal data from the customers of the bookm-ark.fi webshop: name, address, phone number and email address. This data is collected to deliver the customer’s order.

Our webshop at https://www.bookm-ark.fi monitors site traffic with Matomo data tracking service. Matomo collects the following data of the users of the bookm-ark.fi website: the user’s ip address for location tracking, traffic source, time of visit, pages visited, browser technology, and time spent on each page. This data is collected in order to improve the contents and the technical performance of our website. The data is stored only on our own webhosting servers at Hostaan Oy in Finland. 

The personal data provided by our customers is stored in the customer database within the bookm-ark.fi data management system. The customer database also stores information about the customer’s purchase history. The customer data retainment settings in our WooCommerce database are as follows: Retain inactive accounts for 12 months; Retain pending orders for 2 weeks; Retain failed orders for 2 weeks; Retain cancelled orders for 2 weeks; Retain completed orders for 12 months; payment data such as customer id for 7 days. The order receipts are stored for 6 years as per the requirements of the Finnish Accounting Act.

Our website visitors can subscribe to a newsletter that is technically operated by MailPoet service. The subscription takes place with a form on our website and with an email confirmation of consent (double opt-in). The newsletter is sent only to its subscribers and subscribers are free to cancel their subscription at any time. Personal data is processed only to deliver the newsletter. Our webshop at https://www.bookm-ark.fi  uses Trustpilot customer feedback service. Trustpilot A/S sends our verified webshop customers an automatic review request; the response is voluntary. Bookmarchitecture Ltd forwards customer data only to the following 3rd parties: our payment service providers (PayPal, Viva Payments, and Holvi), our shipping service provider (Oy Shipit Ab and its subcontractors), our customer feedback service Trustpilot A/S, and our accountant (Maija Siiskonen / Tili-Sissi). We store the documents in a password-protected Dropbox folder. Only the relevant personnel have access to our customer database and their access is available only with individual user ids and passwords that are safely stored and concealed.
