Gunnar Asplund – A Great Modern Architect (Architectural Biographies / Art and Technics, 1955) by Eric de Maré is a small but meaningful early monograph about the Swedish master architect. The book was published as a follow-up for the 1943 monograph by SAR in order to have a more accessible publication that could reach a wider audience.
The text is in English. The book is richly illustrated with black-and-white photographs and architectural drawings.
Our copy in stock is still in nice condition. The pages are toned, but clean. The binding is fine. The dust jacket has edge wear, shelf wear, a couple of tears and signs of fading.
